Material

We only source from high-quality materials to make sure that it meets our standard. Leather plays the main role in our bags, we select only the top-grained calfskin or premium leather. The metals are chosen to be matched with design and long-lasting use. Our design process from the start to finish takes around 6 months, and our founder hasn't taken her eyes off them. it's made with lots of love to bring you premium quality and every detail that is worth to be purchased..just for you!

Warranty



A three-month warranty from the purchase date has been provided. Proof of purchase and defect is required. The compliment is free of charge for the repair. However, the defects that are detective from workmanship, the nature of the material, and under normal use, for instance, discoloration and contamination, would exclude from the repair

Shipping

We provide domestic shipping in Thailand with a flat rate of 90 THB, proceed by 2-3 days after payment confirmation

For international shipping, we ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. The fee would be separately settled on the payment when your order arrives. International customers may be required to pay duties, taxes, and/or Customs changes which differ depending on the country. Please note that taxes and Customs changes are the responsibility of customers.

If you have any inquiries about internal shipping, taxes, and duties, please contact our Luster's Customer care.

The delivery may be varied in each country and can cause delays in some areas. However, we are working hard and always keeping in contact to help you receive our Luster bags right away.

Return and Exchanges

The 7 days for exchange are provided with the original conditions of the bags including the original packing (carton box and cover bag) required.  After receiving your package, please contact luster.bkk@gmail.com or LINE @luster.bkk to request for exchange.

After Luster has received your return package, all items are required for inspection before exchange. Please note that Luster reserves the right to refuse the exchange with appropriate reason.

LEATHER: The characteristics and texture may differ in colors, grained pattern, and mark. It depends upon the lots of leather, type of leather, and external factors that naturally affect the change.
